FLIGHT OF THE MANATEE
Buffalo Bill* is a manatee kite constructed of handmade paper, basket reed, and string. Unfortunately, test flights reveal his maximum altitude to be approximately 1 meter. Attempts at helium-assisted flight only left him in despair.

Beyond wallowing in his existential struggle, he has also appeared in Launch.
